3. Visiting Charges

A mandatory visiting charge of ₹300 will be applied for every service visit.
This charge is applicable even if the customer decides not to proceed with the work after inspection.
Visiting charges cover inspection, diagnosis, and travel expenses.

4. Pricing & Payments

Service charges will be communicated before starting the work.
Additional charges may apply for extra materials or unforeseen work.
Payments must be made upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

5. Materials & Warranty

We may use customer-provided or company-provided materials.
Warranty (if any) applies only to the service provided, not to third-party products.
Manufacturer warranty remains with the respective brand.

6. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden faults, or damages not visible during inspection.
Service timelines may vary depending on site conditions.

7. Safety & Responsibility

We follow standard safety practices.
Customers must provide a safe working environment and proper access.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the service charges paid.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers should inform in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a service fee.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
